A DmxSoft partner could offer technical support by phone or email, as well as on-site installation/programming services or training sessions. Payment for these services are to be arranged between the DmxSoft partner and their contact, without DmxSoft's intervention. Partners are free to decide their own policies on pricing and other related issues.
Typical conditions for partnership include thorough knowledge of any DMX software, and a personal introduction with the DmxSoft staff to evaluate the candidate's skills. This personal meeting could occur during any of our worldwide trade shows appearances, for instance. .
